Quote from client:
"At the end of 2016, Meghan asked me what goals I wanted to set for the year. I started enumerating the eleventy billion things I needed to accomplish. Meghan politely stopped me and said, "Instead of focusing on what you want to do, how do you want to feel? You know what I want for you? I want you to feel grounded at the end of next year." That was exactly the guidance I needed at that moment, and exemplifies why Meghan's coaching is so valuable. I've had so many moments like this with her, moments where she's opened my eyes with an insight and helped me realize exactly what I needed to do. She's my secret weapon." - Engineering Manager

From a former manager @ Google:
"She's first and foremost an accomplished consultant and partner with HR Business Partners...an excellent project manager...an ambassador for PeopleDev, cultivating relationships and contributing work to every part of Google via her facilitation and citizenship efforts. She's also been an ambassador for PeopleDev outside of Google, sitting on a panels for ASTD's visit to Google NYC...she does an amazing job of developing Googlers and fostering the best parts of Google culture in her own team, her own office and beyond."
From a teammate @ Google:
"Meghan was instrumental in defining the goals/objectives, as well as creating content, determining a metrics/measurement strategy, and helping us thinking through out to make this pilot scalable...She has worked tirelessly to help ensure the program's success and has also provided useful framing and comms for us to use with our clients and key partners. I can say that (the workshop) would NOT have been a success without Meghan's involvement, and I am grateful for her partnership."
